Each Private Markets Group London Forum and Family Office Roundtable is an invitation-only gathering of up to 60 participants, bringing together selected investment decision-makers and approved sponsoring organisations in a focused, relationship-led environment.

Complimentary LP Passes — Strictly for Qualified Investment Decision-Makers

Complimentary LP passes are reserved exclusively for qualified investment team members and decision-makers representing pension funds, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, insurance company investment teams and Single Family Offices.

Eligible applicants must have a genuine investment-related role, including investment decision-making, asset allocation, manager selection, investment research or portfolio management.

Private Markets Group personally reviews and verifies applications to ensure complimentary places are allocated to relevant capital owners and institutional investment professionals.

There is no fixed minimum asset threshold for applying. However, complimentary attendance is strictly by invitation and subject to PMG's eligibility verification, relevance assessment and final approval.

Employment by an eligible organisation does not automatically qualify an individual. Complimentary passes are reserved for relevant investment personnel, not general commercial, sales or business development representatives.

Commercial Organisations & Service Providers

Complimentary LP passes are not available to fund managers, General Partners, external asset managers, investment product distributors, Multi-Family Offices, wealth managers, private banks, investment consultants, professional advisers, technology providers or other commercial service providers attending to promote their services or investment offerings.

Representatives of these organisations may enquire about the relevant sponsorship and partnership opportunities, subject to availability and approval by Private Markets Group.

No general paid delegate tickets are available for the London Forums and Family Office Roundtables.

40 Complimentary LP Places

Reserved exclusively for PMG-vetted and personally invited investment decision-makers and qualified investment team members from pension funds, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, insurance company investment teams and Single Family Offices.

All applicants are subject to eligibility verification, relevance assessment and PMG approval. No fixed minimum asset threshold applies.

20 Sponsor Representative Places Maximum

Reserved exclusively for representatives of approved sponsoring organisations.

Commercial participation is available only through an approved sponsorship agreement. General paid delegate tickets are not available.

Each London Forum or Family Office Roundtables gathering is limited to a maximum of 60 participants, with 40 places reserved for qualifying invited LPs and 20 places allocated to approved sponsor representatives.

These are capacity allocations, not guaranteed attendance figures.

An Environment Designed for Meaningful Connections

The programme combines expert panel discussions, selected partner presentations and dedicated networking opportunities.

Drinks, canapés and catering are provided, including a mid-event networking reception and a closing drinks reception from 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

All participation is subject to PMG approval. Sponsorship provides an opportunity to engage with a curated audience but does not guarantee the attendance of any particular investor, individual introductions, access to attendee contact details or investment outcomes.

Networking, Drinks, Canapés & One-to-One Meetings

Relationship building is central to every London gathering. Drinks, canapés and catering are provided, with opportunities to connect during arrival networking, a dedicated mid-event reception and the closing Networking & Drinks Reception from 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

One-to-one meetings may continue during the final hour where both parties have agreed to meet. PMG may help facilitate relevant introductions, but no particular meeting, investor attendance or investment outcome is guaranteed.

Who qualifies for a complimentary LP pass?

Complimentary LP passes are reserved exclusively for qualified investment decision-makers and investment team members representing pension funds, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies and Single Family Offices. Every application is subject to PMG verification and approval.

Can a smaller Single Family Office apply?

Yes. There is no fixed minimum asset threshold for applying. Single Family Office principals and qualified investment team members may be considered based on their investment responsibilities, relevance to the event and PMG's eligibility assessment.

Can fund managers, asset managers or Multi-Family Offices receive complimentary passes?

No. Complimentary LP passes are not available to fund managers, General Partners, external asset managers, Multi-Family Offices or other commercial service providers. These organisations may enquire about approved sponsorship opportunities.

Can an insurance company representative apply?

Yes, provided the applicant works in a relevant investment or asset allocation capacity within the insurance company. General sales, distribution and business development roles do not qualify.

Does submitting an application guarantee a complimentary pass?

No. All applications are reviewed by Private Markets Group. Submission does not guarantee approval, an invitation or attendance.

Can I purchase a general delegate ticket instead?

No. The London Forums and Family Office Roundtables do not offer general paid delegate tickets. Commercial participation is available through approved sponsorship arrangements only.

How many people can attend?

Are the investors guaranteed to attend?

No. PMG vets and invites relevant investors, but participation remains subject to acceptance, availability and individual circumstances. No particular investor's attendance is guaranteed.

What does a Presenting Partner receive?

A Presenting Partner receives four approved representative passes, a dedicated 30-minute presentation slot subject to PMG content approval, partner branding and participation in the scheduled networking and hospitality activities.

What does the Headline Partner receive?

The Headline Partner receives eight approved representative passes, principal branding, a five-minute welcome address, an agreed opening-panel leadership opportunity, exclusive closing remarks from 9:45 pm to 10:00 pm and recognition throughout the networking receptions.

Are one-to-one investor meetings guaranteed?

No. Meetings may be requested or facilitated where there is genuine mutual interest and agreement. Sponsorship does not guarantee introductions, meetings, investor contact details or investment outcomes.

Is catering included?

Yes. Drinks, canapés and catering are provided, including a mid-event networking reception and the closing Networking & Drinks Reception from 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Are the exact dates and venues confirmed?

Exact dates and venues will be announced following confirmation. The specialist Forums are planned for April, June and September 2027 in Central London. The Family Office Roundtables take place on selected London dates.
