Dr. Stephan Gauci

Dr. Stephan Gauci is a lawyer admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2004 who established his own legal practice in 2005. An Approved Person of the Malta Financial Services Authority since 2005, he has served as Director, Company Secretary, MLRO and Compliance Officer of a number of regulated entities, focusing on the corporate, trusteeship and fiduciary sectors. He is a member of the Chamber of Advocates and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, and has lectured at the University of Malta's Faculty of Laws since 2014.
