means the agreement between you and us formed when you create a free account or submit content to the Magazine.

means all text, images, data, articles, reports, graphics and other material published on the Website or in any edition of the Magazine.
"Magazine"

"Partner Content"
means sponsored or commercial content published in the Magazine or on the Website, clearly identified as such.
"Subscriber"
means any individual who has created a free account to access the Magazine.
"We / Us / Our"
means Private Markets Group Ltd.
"Website"
means ukprivatewealthmagazine.com and all associated pages and subdomains.
"You / Your"
means any person accessing the Website or subscribing to the Magazine.

By accessing the Website or subscribing to the Magazine, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. The Magazine and Website

2.1 UK Private Wealth Magazine is an independent digital publication for family office principals, UHNW investors and private wealth professionals. It is published by Private Markets Group Ltd.

2.2 Access to full editions of the Magazine requires creation of a free subscriber account. Some content may be freely accessible without an account.

2.3 The Magazine is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be continuously available or free from errors, interruptions or viruses.

2.4 We reserve the right at any time and without notice to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website or the Magazine, including individual articles, editions or features.

2.5 The details, opinions and analysis published in the Magazine are for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Magazine constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment or financial decision based on content in the Magazine.

2.6 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information published in the Magazine or on the Website. We expressly disclaim all liability arising from reliance placed on any such information.

3. Subscriber Accounts

3.1 To access full editions of the Magazine you must create a free subscriber account. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and not misleading.

3.2 Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or use another person's account.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4 You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account at office@privatemarkets-group.com.

3.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without notice where we believe these Terms have been breached.

3.6 Subscription is free. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription tiers in future editions and will provide reasonable notice to existing subscribers before doing so.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You may access and read the Magazine and Website content for your own personal or professional use.

4.2 You must not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, republish or sell any Content from the Magazine or Website without our prior written consent
  • Share or distribute subscription access to third parties
  • Scrape, copy or extract Content by automated means
  • Use Content for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models without our prior written consent
  • Misrepresent the source of any Content or present our Content as your own
  • Use the Website in any unlawful manner or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material to the Website

4.3 You may share links to individual articles on social media and professional networks provided you attribute the source correctly as UK Private Wealth Magazine and do not reproduce the full text of any article.

5. Contributor and Submitted Content

5.1 Where you submit an article, opinion piece, data, comment or any other content to the Magazine for publication, you grant Private Markets Group Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, adapt and commercially exploit that content in any format and through any channel.

5.2 You warrant that any content you submit:

  • Is your own original work or that you have the right to submit it for publication
  • Does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Does not contain defamatory, false, misleading or unlawful material
  • Does not breach any confidentiality obligation or non-disclosure agreement

5.3 We reserve the right to edit, sub-edit, republish or decline any submitted content at our sole discretion.

5.4 No payment will be made for contributed articles, opinion pieces or editorial content unless separately agreed in writing.

5.5 Your name, job title and organisation may be published alongside your contributed content.

6. Partner and Sponsored Content

6.1 The Magazine publishes Partner Content which is commercial or sponsored material, clearly labelled as such.

6.2 Partner Content represents the views of the partner organisation and not those of UK Private Wealth Magazine or Private Markets Group Ltd.

6.3 The inclusion of Partner Content does not constitute an endorsement by us of the partner organisation, its products or services.

6.4 Advertising and partnership rates are available at ukprivatewealthmagazine.com/media-kit.

6.5 All Partner Content is subject to our editorial standards and we reserve the right to decline or remove any Partner Content that does not meet those standards.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual property in and relating to the Magazine and Website — including the name "UK Private Wealth Magazine", our logo, branding, design, typography, editorial content and photography — belongs solely to Private Markets Group Ltd or is licensed to us by the relevant rights holder.

7.2 Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7.3 You may print one copy of any article for your own personal or professional reference. You may not modify, commercially exploit or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7.4 Where Content includes third-party material — including images, data or quotations — the relevant third-party rights apply and we make no representation as to your rights to use such material independently.

8. Advertising Terms

8.1 Advertising bookings are subject to a separate Advertising Agreement. These Terms apply to all advertising bookings in addition to any specific Advertising Agreement.

8.2 All advertising artwork must be supplied by the deadlines specified in the editorial calendar at ukprivatewealthmagazine.com/editorial-calendar. We are not liable for errors in advertisements where artwork is supplied late or incorrectly.

8.3 Advertising rates are set out in our media kit. We reserve the right to update rates at any time on notice.

8.4 Payment for advertising is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8.5 We reserve the right to decline any advertisement that does not meet our standards or is not appropriate for our audience.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

9.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, we exclude all liability for:

  • Any financial or investment loss arising from reliance on Content in the Magazine or Website
  • Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of the Website
  • Loss of data or business interruption arising from Website downtime or unavailability
  • The content of any third-party websites linked from the Website

9.3 Subject to clause 9.1, our total liability to you in connection with the Magazine and Website shall not exceed £100.

9.4 You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, costs and claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

10. Links to Third-Party Websites

10.1 The Website and Magazine may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content of those websites and are not responsible for them.

10.2 Links to third-party websites do not constitute an endorsement by us of those websites or their content.

11. General

11.1 Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your access to and use of the Magazine and Website.

11.2 Variation. We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary. If modification is not possible the provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force.

11.4 Waiver. Failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

11.5 Third Party Rights. No person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term.

11.6 No partnership. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture or agency between the parties.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
